TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
The Society may disqualify any exhibitor who does not comply with these regulations. All decisions are final.
- Laundered or worn articles are ineligible.
- Exhibits must be the exhibitor’s own property and work.
- Each exhibit may be entered in one class only.
- Stewards may move incorrectly entered exhibits to the correct class.
- While due care is taken, the Society accepts no responsibility for loss or damage.
· Open to primary and secondary schools, preschools, early learning centres, homeschool groups and special education settings.
· Entries must be completed by students during the 2026 school year.
· Each entry should have attached a label identifying the student’s name, year level, school and class on the back, no names to be visible on front of work.
· Entries can only be collected or removed from the showgrounds at the designated collection days/times unless prior arrangement.
· Schools may submit individual student entries or coordinated class/group displays. Limit to one entry per student per class.
· All exhibits to be a maximum A3 size.
· All entries to the schools section is free.
· Cards awarded to 3rd place, best exhibit cards awarded to each section.
