The decision to grant, refuse, or delay a visa application rests solely with the relevant Embassy, High Commission, or issuing authority. MPQ TRAVEL & TOURS has no involvement in or control over this decision.Loss, Damage, or Delay During MailingMPQ TRAVEL & TOURS shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or delay to passports, documents, or other items during the mailing, courier, or shipment process.Applicant's ResponsibilityIt is the responsibility of each applicant and/or their representative to carefully read and understand all requirements stated in the visa application form and to:Complete all application forms truthfully and accurately.Provide correct, genuine, and complete information and supporting documents.Ensure that the passport is valid, undamaged, and not expired.Ensure that all relevant pages, previous visas, and required documents are available in the passport.Upon receiving the visa, carefully check the visa details, including its validity dates, duration of stay, number of permitted entries, and whether it covers the intended travel period.Changes, Emergencies, and Events Beyond Our ControlMPQ TRAVEL & TOURS shall not be liable for delays, losses, cancellations, or other consequences arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including changes in visa or immigration policies, COVID-19 or other epidemics/pandemics, natural disasters, wars, strikes, government actions, or other emergencies.Visa and Service FeesAll visa fees, service charges, and related fees must be paid in advance and are non-refundable, regardless of whether the visa is granted, refused, delayed, or withdrawn.MPQ TRAVEL & TOURS reserves the right to withhold passports, travel documents, or other documentation until all outstanding payments have been received in full.Visa and service fees are subject to change without prior notice.Accuracy and Completeness of DocumentsIncorrectly completed forms, inaccurate information, misleading information, or an incomplete set of supporting documents may increase the possibility of visa refusal by the relevant Embassy or issuing authority. The applicant accepts full responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of the information and documents submitted.Flight and Hotel BookingsApplicants are advised not to purchase confirmed, non-refundable flight tickets or hotel bookings before the visa has been issued, as visa processing times and decisions are determined by the relevant Embassy or issuing authority and cannot be guaranteed.The indicative processing time may be a minimum of 2–3 weeks, depending on the Embassy or issuing authority, and may be longer in certain circumstances.
