ELIGIBILITY The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 and over only. Winners may include guests under the age of 18 as part of their 4 Ball group, provided they are accompanied by the winning entrant or another responsible adult at all times. Employees of HaleyDays Holidays Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. By entering the competition, entrants confirm they meet the eligibility criteria. 3. HOW TO ENTER Paid entry: Complete this entry form and pay the entry fee via Stripe. One entry for £20. Four entries for £30 — each entry receives its own unique number. Free postal entry: To enter without payment, send a postcard including your full name, email address, phone number, date of birth, home address and golf club to: HaleyDays Competition, 10 Gissons Lane, Kennford, Exeter, EX6 7UB. Postal entries have an equal chance of winning. All entries must be received before 31st October 2026 at 11:59pm. Multiple entries are permitted. HaleyDays Holidays Ltd accepts no responsibility for entries lost, delayed or damaged in the post. 4. THE COMPETITION Five times throughout the competition period, on a Monday at 2pm, one entrant will be selected at random using a random number generator and contacted via video call. The selected entrant will have 60 seconds to name as many Jack Nicklaus designed golf courses in the UK and Europe as they can. If the selected entrant does not answer the call at 2pm, the next randomly selected entrant will be called. The video call may be recorded and used by HaleyDays Holidays Ltd for marketing purposes including social media. By entering the competition, entrants consent to this. Additional bonus prize questions may be posted on the HaleyDays Facebook page at random intervals throughout the competition. 5. PRIZE TIERS Under 300 entries: 1st Prize only — 4 Ball 7 Night Jack Nicklaus Golf Trail, Murcia, Spain. 300+ entries: 2nd Prize unlocked — 4 Night Taster for 2. 400+ entries: 2nd Prize upgraded — 4 Night Taster for 4 Ball. 500+ entries: Every entrant receives 10% off their first HaleyDays booking (one per booking, non-transferable, valid 12 months). Runners up in each weekly call receive a HaleyDays golf shirt. 6. GRAND FINALE At the close of the competition on 31st October 2026, 20 finalists will be selected at random using a random number generator. Each finalist will receive a personalised HaleyDays golf ball (HD logo one side, their entry number the other) and a HaleyDays golf shirt. The 20 personalised balls will be placed in a bucket and one will be drawn by an independent witness on 1st November 2026. The winner of that draw wins the 1st Prize. The overall competition winner (most courses named correctly in 60 seconds across all calls) wins the 2nd Prize where applicable. 7. PRIZE DETAILS All prizes are based on 4 people sharing one self catering apartment at Condado de Alhama Golf Resort, Murcia, Spain. Prizes must be taken on one of the following HaleyDays set dates: November 2026 (14th-21st for 7 Night / 18th-21st for 4 Night), February 2027 (20th-27th for 7 Night / 24th-27th for 4 Night), March 2027 (13th-20th for 7 Night / 17th-20th for 4 Night). Flights are NOT included. Travel insurance is NOT included. Golf club hire is NOT included. Green fees are included based on current published rates. Daily golf course transfers are included. HaleyDays golf shirt is included — one per person. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 8. WINNER SELECTION The overall winner will be the entrant who correctly names the most Jack Nicklaus courses during their 60 second call. In the event of a tie, a group video call will be arranged and a tiebreaker question asked. The winner will be announced on 1st November 2026 on the HaleyDays Facebook page. The decision of HaleyDays Holidays Ltd is final. 9. DATA & MARKETING By entering, entrants consent to HaleyDays Holidays Ltd contacting them in connection with the competition. Video calls may be recorded and used for marketing purposes. HaleyDays Holidays Ltd will handle all personal data in accordance with UK GDPR. 10. GENERAL HaleyDays Holidays Ltd reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the competition at any time. The competition is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Entry constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
