Waiver of Liability:
I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree to the following:
I understand that events and classes involve the use of tools, equipment, and materials that may pose certain risks, including but not limited to cuts, burns, and other potential injuries.
I/my child agree(s) to follow all safety instructions provided by the instructors and volunteers at all times.
I assume all risks associated with participation and release TradeWorks Collective, its staff, and volunteers from any and all liability for injury or damages that may occur during the program to me or my child.
I confirm that I (or my child) am in good physical condition and capable of participating in the activities provided.
Safety Guidelines:
To ensure a safe and productive learning environment, all participants must adhere to the following guidelines:
-Wear appropriate clothing and personal protective equipment (PPE) as instructed (e.g., safety glasses, gloves, closed-toe shoes).
-Use tools and equipment only as directed and under supervision.
-Report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to an instructor immediately.
-Respect the workspace and others by maintaining a clean and organized area.
-Refrain from horseplay or any behavior that could endanger yourself or others.

I consent to the use of photographs or videos taken during events and classes for promotional purposes.
