Studio Policies
Thank you for choosing the Cruz Vocal Arts Studio, I am honored to support your child’s musical journey! To ensure a smooth and joyful experience, please review the following policies.

🎶 Enrollment & Tuition

Tuition is billed monthly via automatic draft.

Your first tuition payment will be drafted immediately upon enrollment and will cover your child’s first month of participation.

After the first month, tuition drafts automatically on the 1st of each month to reserve your child’s spot.

Enrollment is ongoing, and your child’s spot remains reserved until you provide 14 days’ written notice of withdrawal.

Tuition is non-refundable, and missed classes are not credited.

🗓 Class Rhythm

Classes generally follow the rhythm of the Caddo Parish School Calendar, with breaks around major holidays.

Families can always find the most current schedule in their classes' designated space in Circle

👩‍🎤 Attendance

Consistent attendance helps your child grow in confidence and skill.

If your child must miss class due to illness or emergency, please notify the studio as soon as possible, email: Hello@CruzVocalArtsStudio.com or text 812 - 727-0388

Missed classes are not refunded or credited.

🎒 What to Bring

Broadway Belter's Studio Class: Students should bring a water bottle and wear clothes they are comfortable moving in.

🎼 Practice Expectations

Students are encouraged to practice at home a few times each week to reinforce skills from class. Practice does not need to be long, consistency and curiosity matter more than minutes on a clock.

🎤 Student Commitment

Students are expected to participate respectfully, listen to others, and support a positive group environment.

Participation in the class recital piece is expected. Students are also welcome to grow into solo opportunities as their confidence and skills develop.

Students are invited (but never required) to participate in additional opportunities such as NATS.

📸 Photo & Video Release

The studio regularly records classes for educational and promotional purposes.

All families must complete the Photo & Video Release Form to indicate their permission preferences.

⚖️ Liability Form

All students must have a signed Liability Waiver on file before participating in classes.

🚦 Dismissal Policy

Students may be dismissed from the program for:

Failure to pay tuition on time

Persistent absences

Disruptive or unsafe behavior

I also recognize that Cruz Vocal Arts Studio LLC is not responsible for photos or videos taken by other parents or students at Cruz Vocal Arts Studio LLC events such as recitals and will not hold Cruz Vocal Arts Studio LLC responsible should parents or students post said photos and/or videos to their personal social media accounts.

Liability Release and Assumption of Risk
I, the undersigned parent/guardian, understand that participation in singing, movement, and performance activities at Cruz Vocal Arts Studio LLC Studio involves inherent risks. These may include, but are not limited to, minor vocal fatigue, slips or falls, or other unforeseen incidents.

By enrolling my child, I agree to the following:

I understand that Cruz Vocal Arts Studio LLC and Liesl Cruz will take all reasonable precautions to ensure a safe learning environment.

I release and hold harmless Cruz Vocal Arts Studio LLC and Liesl Cruz from liability for any injury, illness, or accident that may occur during classes, rehearsals, or performances, except in cases of gross negligence.

I agree to notify the studio of any medical conditions, allergies, or accessibility needs that may affect my child’s participation.

I accept full financial responsibility for any medical treatment needed in the event of an accident or emergency.

I authorize the studio to seek emergency medical care if necessary and if I cannot be reached.
