Agreement Terms and Acknowledgments
1. Mileage — I understand mileage is unlimited within DFW and there is no per-mile charge for in-area use.
2. Out-of-Town Travel — I understand out-of-area travel requires prior written authorization and a $200 fee.
3. Authorized Driver — I understand only the named renter may drive unless Collins Wealth Group gives written authorization.
4. Fuel Policy — I understand the vehicle must be returned at the same fuel level and a $5 per gallon difference may apply.
5. Security Deposit — I understand a $250 refundable deposit applies, subject to inspection and charges, and I am responsible for balances above the deposit.
6. Insurance — I understand I must provide acceptable proof of auto insurance before possession and verify coverage applies.
7. No Smoking/Vaping — I understand smoking or vaping is prohibited and a $200 cleaning and deodorizing fee may apply.
8. Vehicle Condition — I understand the vehicle must be returned in substantially the same condition, normal wear excepted, and charges may apply for damage, dirt, stains, odors, or missing items.
9. Payment Methods — I understand payment is accepted only by cash, debit card, Zelle, or credit card.
10. Renter Responsibility for Damage — I understand responsibility for damage may apply subject to the agreement and applicable law, and a $850 damage charge may be assessed depending on circumstances.
11. Towing & Impound — I understand I am responsible for towing, boot, storage, and impound costs caused by my use or conduct, and a $450 towing or recovery fee may apply.
12. Lost/Missing Keys — I understand a $300 replacement fee may apply plus additional actual programming or rekeying costs if higher.
13. Minimum Age — I understand I must be at least 21 years old and provide valid proof of age.
14. Prohibited Uses — I understand prohibited uses include racing, reckless driving, towing or pushing, off-road use, impaired driving, unauthorized out-of-area travel, hazardous or illegal materials, illegal activity, and unauthorized drivers.
15. Accidents & Damage Reporting — I understand I must immediately contact Collins Wealth Group at 817-962-8809 for any accident, theft, vandalism, damage, tire/wheel/windshield/glass/interior issue, or missing keys, and comply with reporting requirements.
16. Rental Extension — I understand all extensions must be approved and paid before the current rental period expires, and unauthorized holdover may lead to immediate return and recovery remedies.
Final Acknowledgment — I have read, understand, and agree to all terms; confirm the information provided is accurate; understand only the authorized renter may drive; and accept responsibility subject to the agreement and applicable law.
