Volunteer Liability Waiver
I understand that volunteering with Forgotten Purrs Cat Rescue may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to animal bites, scratches, injuries, illness, exposure to animals, lifting or handling supplies, transportation, trapping activities, and other rescue-related activities.

I understand and acknowledge that Forgotten Purrs Cat Rescue, its founders, officers, directors, volunteers, and representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury, illness, accident, loss, or damage I may experience while volunteering or participating in rescue activities, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation as a volunteer. I understand that if I am bitten, scratched, injured, become ill, or otherwise require medical attention as a result of volunteering or participating in rescue activities, I am solely responsible for any medical care, treatment, expenses, or other costs incurred. Forgotten Purrs Cat Rescue does not provide or cover medical expenses, medical insurance, or workers' compensation for volunteers.

I agree to follow all Forgotten Purrs Cat Rescue safety procedures and instructions and understand that I am volunteering at my own risk.
