    • Membership includes a one-off £5 administration fee payable when you join, plus your chosen monthly subscription.

    • Direct Debit payments are collected on the 1st of each month. If you sign up fewer than 5 working days before the next collection date, your first Direct Debit may be collected on the 1st of the following month.

    • Important: If you are under 18, please ensure you have permission from your parent or guardian before completing and submitting this form.

  • Gift aid - By ticking YES, I want to Gift Aid my donation and any donations I make in the future or have made in the past 4 years to Minhaj-ul-Quran International. I am a UK taxpayer and understand that if I pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all my donations in that tax year, it is my responsibility to pay any difference. I understand Minhaj-ul-Quran International will claim 25p on every £1 donated.*
