By submitting your photo(s) to the contest, you agree to the following:

Originality: Photos must be taken by you, the submitter, at Gull Meadow Farms during the 2026 Balloon Fest 

You may submit up to 3 photos

Usage Rights: By entering, you confirm that you own the rights to your photo(s). You grant Gull Meadow Farms full permission to use submitted photos—without restriction—for advertising, promotions, social media, media coverage, and other commercial purposes. Credit may be given at our discretion, but is not guaranteed.

Permissions: You are responsible for ensuring that everyone recognizable in your photo has given permission for their image to be submitted and used as described above.

Format & Quality:Please submit high-quality, unfiltered images—photos with poor resolution may not be considered.
