About Community Care Resource Professionals of the Southern Tier (CCRP):
As we celebrate and support the aging population in our greater community, our group works together to organize educational events, foster meaningful networking opportunities, and lead impactful initiatives that benefit both our members and the community. A key priority is raising awareness and providing essential education about the unique needs of seniors, their families, and caregivers, while connecting them with vital resources and support.
The Community Care Resource Professionals of the Southern Tier, supported by the Greater Binghamton Chamber of Commerce, is a network of compassionate professionals dedicated to enhancing the lives of seniors through collaboration, networking, and the exchange of information and resources. By harnessing this collective knowledge and experience, we create a supportive environment where like-minded professionals can meet regularly to share ideas, learn from one another, and strengthen their ability to serve seniors and caregivers in our region.
We host regular networking events that help members build strong professional relationships and referral networks, ultimately facilitating excellent support and care for seniors and caregivers throughout our community. In addition, we organize community senior information fairs that bring our members directly into the community, allowing individuals and families to connect with trusted professionals and services.
To further expand awareness and access to resources, we distribute information through local organization social workers and case managers, helping introduce them to our members and the valuable services they provide to seniors and caregivers.
