FOOD VENDORS
This section is only for sellers of an kind of food. Farmers, Craft Vendors, Alcohol/Mocktail Vendors, and Other Vendors should go back and choose the appropriate vendor category.
THIS APPLICATON IS FOR SELLERS OF FOOD: This application is for sellers of food that is ready-to-eat at the festival and/or food for visitors to take home, including condiments, hot sauces, desserts, and beverages. Because the festival is curated and space is limited, we strive to offer attendees a wide variety of foods. While some overlap may occur, we sometimes limit identical food offerings to protect vendor sales. While we’d love to work with everyone and we review each application carefully, we unfortunately can’t accept every submission. Please fill out all questions accurately so we can keep the festival experience top-notch for everyone.

New & Innovative Creations – Fresh, playful twists that push garlic to surprisingly delicious places (e.g., Black Garlic-Infused Chocolate Mousse, Roast Garlic-And-Apple Chutney Sliders). For background on using garlic in desserts click here.
Traditional Dishes – Authentic regional specialties that showcase garlic in lesser-known ways (e.g., Congolese Garlic Muamba (chicken in garlic-infused palm butter sauce)

Must Use Ontario Garlic: At least one of your savoury food products and, if you are selling dessert, at least one of your sweet (dessert) products for sale at Toronto Garlic Festival must include Ontario garlic. If you are selling beverages, we encourage you to sell at least one beverage that is garlic themed (except for water!). Important: You may also sell other items from your menu or products that do not include garlic.
APPROVED LOCAL SUPPLIERS: All garlic used, whether fresh, dehydrated, roasted, blanched or black (fermented), must be Ontario-grown. Imported garlic is not permitted. We may ask you to purchase from one of our approved local suppliers, who offer these garlic varieties at wholesale rates. (Please let us know if you need the supplier list.)
DISH NAMING SUGGESTIONS: Visitors are looking for garlicky dishes! We suggest to include the word “garlic” in each item that contains Ontario garlic so visitors can easily spot those garlicky delights! For example:
Savory dish: “Creamy Roasted Garlic & Herb Hummus with Olive Oil”
Dessert: “Decadent Black Garlic & Dark Chocolate Truffles”
Beverage: “Refreshing Lemonade with Garlic Scape Salt Rim & Fresh Mint”
PORTION SIZE: Visitors are interested in trying many different types of food at Toronto Garlic Festival. We recommend that sellers of ready-to-eat (food that is eaten at the Festival) consider including options for smaller portions.
