Monday, October 26 to Wednesday, October 28: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm: Baking Cakes Cake Baking: baking, cooling, preparing for wrapping
Tuesday, October 27 to Thursday, October 29: 9:00 am – 12:30 pm: Wrapping Cakes Wrapping cakes, gift packaging, storing
Evening Shift: Wednesday, October 28: 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm: Wrapping Cakes Pizza at 6:00 – 6:30 pm: Wrapping cakes, gift packaging, storing (10-16 volunteers)
Friday, October 30: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm: Prepare Cake Orders Assemble Cake Orders for pickup (8-10 volunteers)
Saturday, October 31: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm: Order Pick Up Day #1 Distribution of Cake Orders in the Grace Chapel (8-10 volunteers including 2 men)
Sunday, November 8: 11:30 am – 1:30 pm: Order Pick Up Day #2 Distribution of Cake Orders in the Grace Gym(12-14) volunteers including 2 men
