• This is a NEW event so bear with us as we navigate something new.
• This will run from 10 am - 3 pm and all vendors will be inside either the Annex or the Ferguson Bldg. You will be assigned a space on a first come first serve basis.
• There will be no refunds for vendor spaces once the application has been accepted. There is no rain date for this event. The festival will be held rain or shine, it is indoors.
• Members of the W.S. Chamber of Commerce will be available the morning of the festival with vendor maps to assist with directing vendors to their assigned spaces.
• Only one (1) vendor per space is permitted. The space size to 10 x 5. This is designed to accommodate no longer than an 8' table.
• ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE A GRINCH-RELATED ITEM IN THEIR BOOTH. This can be a product to sell, booth decorations, or clothing wom. NO ADDITIONAL REAL-LIFE GRINCH WILL BE ALLOWED. We will provide the one and only GRINCH for the day.
• Exhibitors are responsible for erecting their own booth. Any tables, chairs, displays, etc. are the responsibility of the exhibitor. All spaces are inside. Any questions or disputes should be presented to the WS Chamber of Commerce Board and all decisions made by the Board will be final.
• A VERY limited number of electrical hook-ups will be available for an additional fee. Vendors requesting use of electricity will be charged an additional $25.00 for each space with electrical access. Outlets for electricity are 120 volt. Please give specific items you will be using the electricity for and is subject to approval by Chamber staff. Electric loads must be considered in space assignments. Vendors will be responsible for any charges resulting from overloading the electric circuit. Extension cords are the responsibility of the vendor. ELECTRIC ARRANGEMENTS MUST BE MADE PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL.
• Exhibitors are responsible for reporting Missouri sales tax (where applicable) and must comply with any applicable state regulations. Any person or company that is selling goods to a final consumer is required to collect and remit Missouri sales tax. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are collecting the correct tax rate (the current tax rate can be obtained from W.S City Hall). You may be exempt from collecting sales tax if you meet certain criteria. Please consult your tax professional with any questions.
• Pets will NOT be allowed at vendor sites.
• Exhibitors may begin setting up at 8:00am the day of the festival.
• Exhibitors must remain set up until the festival ends at 3:00pm. Please remove all items from the vendor space at the end of the festival, as well as all trash, by 4:00pm.

ALL VENDORS must have a Grinch-themed item in their booth. This can be a product for sale, the décor of the booth, or clothing worn by vendors.

NO GRINCH COSTUMES will be allowed, we will provide the ONE & ONLY Grinch for the day.

Please see vendor letter for vendor requirements. Booth space/building will be assigned on a first come first served basis. Table length is limited to an 8' table.

The undersigned shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Chamber and its successors and assigns and affiliates, agents, employees, members, managers, and officers from and against any and all claims, liability, losses, causes of action, penalties, damages, expenses and judgments of any kind or nature whatsoever, including reasonable attorney's fees, for injuries or accidents to persons or
property, in connection with undersigned's (or their agents, employees, affiliates, assigns, successors, members, managers, and officers) operations under this application occurring on or about the above rented vendor space.
