Vendor and Exhibitor Application

The 68th Annual Convention of the Episcopal Diocese of Northwest Texas will be held October 23–24, 2026, at the McKenzie-Merket Alumni Center on the campus of Texas Tech University, located at the corner of 17th & University in Lubbock, Texas.

There is no fee to participate as a vendor.

Convention Schedule & Vendor Hours

We prefer for vendors to participate on both Friday, October 23, and Saturday, October 24; however, we understand that some vendors may only be able to attend for one day. Please indicate below which day or days you plan to attend.

Convention attendees will be at the McKenzie-Merket Alumni Center on:

Friday, October 23: 11:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
Saturday, October 24: 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.

Vendor setup may take place on Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. Vendors may begin breaking down their displays as early as 4:00 p.m. on Friday or 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.

The venue is secure, so vendors participating on both days may leave their tables, displays, and merchandise in place overnight on Friday. If you choose, you are welcome to bring a covering for your merchandise.

Vendor Location & Parking

Vendors will be located near the southwest entrance of the McKenzie-Merket Alumni Center. Parking and access to the facility are available south of the building. Additional information about arrival, parking, and unloading will be provided to registered vendors as Convention approaches.

Tables, Displays & Electricity

Each vendor will receive one draped 6' x 1' table and two chairs.

Vendors are welcome to bring their own tablecloths, signage, display racks, and additional small tables; however, space is limited, so please keep additional display materials reasonably contained within your vendor area.

Nothing may be hung, taped, nailed, or otherwise attached to the walls of the McKenzie-Merket Alumni Center.

Electricity is available upon request. Please indicate below if you will need access to an electrical outlet.

Wi-Fi will also be available at the venue.

Meals

Meals are not included with vendor participation. Vendors who would like to participate in Convention meals may register separately as a Convention guest. Guest registration does require a registration fee of $150 which covers Friday lunch and dinner.

Please indicate below if you would like to register as a guest, and we will send you a link to the Convention registration form.

There are also a number of restaurants in and around the Texas Tech campus area for vendors who prefer to purchase food on their own.

Please submit your vendor registration no later than Friday, October 9, 2026.
