Choo Choo Trade is based in the United States. Shipping is not included in the binder price and will be calculated based on your location.
After submitting your form, I’ll reach out via email within 24–48 hours to discuss your design, answer any questions, and provide your final quote.
Starting prices:
4-Pocket Binder — Starting at $75+
9-Pocket Binder — Starting at $105+
12-Pocket Binder — Starting at $135+
Starting prices are based on basic artwork that fills the majority of the binder. Smaller designs, such as corner art, partial artwork, or half-binder designs, may be priced lower.
Final pricing will depend on the size, complexity, detail, number of characters, background, and time required for your design.
I’ll send you a picture of the binder brand, and color for your approval before I order it.
You’ll receive a final quote after we discuss your design and binder details, before payment is requested.
Please note: Your commission is not officially booked until full payment + shipping has been received. Once I’ve ordered your binder and begun working on your commission, the binder cost and work are non-refundable.
Commission completion time is typically 1–2 weeks, depending on binder availability, design complexity, and my current commission queue. Shipping times will vary depending on your location. If a cancellation occurs after work has started, only unused shipping costs may be refundable.
