Payment and Banking Information
For security and fraud-prevention purposes, Certified Trucking Logistics, LLC (“CTL”) does not collect banking, account, routing, or ACH information through this application. As part of the final account setup process, a member of CTL’s Accounting team will contact the Accounts Payable representative listed on this application to confirm billing requirements and establish payment arrangements.

CTL’s preferred method of payment is ACH. Payments made by credit card are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.

To help protect against payment fraud, any request to establish or change ACH, banking, remittance, or other payment instructions should be independently verified directly with CTL Accounting before funds are transmitted.
