This application is ONLY for vendors who are not currently registered vendors with the Oconee Farmers Market.
If you are already a registered Oconee Farmers Market vendor, please do not complete this application. Current OFM vendors will receive separate Christmas at Wire Park registration information directly from market management.
If you are not currently registered with the Oconee Farmers Market and would like to be considered as a vendor for Christmas at Wire Park, please complete this application.
Please note: We will not be accepting food vendors for Christmas at Wire Park.
Application & Attendance Fees
Application Fee: $25 — Non-Refundable
This application is for consideration as a vendor for Christmas at Wire Park 2026. Submission of an application and payment of the $25 application fee does not guarantee acceptance into either market date.
Once your application has been reviewed, you will be notified whether or not you have been accepted.
If accepted, you will receive a separate registration for the December 12 and December 19 markets. The attendance fee is $100 per Saturday.
Vendors may register for one or both Saturdays, subject to availability and approval.
Please note: We will not be accepting food vendors for Christmas at Wire Park.
Vendor Selection -
Vendor selection for each market date is determined by market management.
Factors considered may include:
*Product differentiation and uniqueness
*Variety within a particular product category
*Previous market participation
*Overall vendor mix and market balance
*Available space
*Acceptance for one market date does not necessarily guarantee acceptance for
both dates.
Merchant Conflict Policy -
Due to our agreement with Wire Park, vendors may not sell products that directly compete with existing Wire Park brick-and-mortar merchants.
Applications offering goods deemed to be in direct competition with an existing Wire Park merchant will not be approved. This policy helps us maintain strong partnerships within the Wire Park community and supports the long-term sustainability of our market.

Vendor Responsibilities -
Each vendor is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining any permits, licenses, certifications, insurance, labeling, or other regulatory requirements pertaining to any and all products offered for sale.
Vendors are expected to comply with all applicable local, county, state, and federal regulations.
Electricity is not available in the vendor area between The Flats. Vendors who require electricity are responsible for providing their own power source. Generators are permitted; however, we ask that all generators be quiet-running so they do not disrupt neighboring vendors, customers, Wire Park residents, or the overall atmosphere of the event.
Restrictions on individual products or product categories may be imposed at the discretion of the Oconee Farmers Market Board and/or Market Management when necessary to protect the integrity, balance, safety, or contractual obligations of the market.

By submitting this application, you acknowledge that:
*The $25 application fee is non-refundable.

*No food vendors will be accepted.
*Accepted vendors will receive a separate registration for the market date(s) for
which they are approved.
*The attendance fee is $100 per Saturday.
*Vendor placement and selection are at the discretion of market management.
*Products offered for sale must be those represented and approved through the
application process.
