Join us for the 2027 Spring Appalachian Craft Fest

Full Booth $340 ($290 with Early Discount) Half Booth $240 ($190 with Early Discount)

If your application is approved we will contact you with further information. A $100 deposit will be required to hold your space.

Early Full Payment Discount $50. Pay your booth in full by October 12, 2027 to receive a $50 per booth Discount.

Full payment due by December 14, 2027

Late Payments will include a $50 late fee.

To cancel and receive a full refund, minus a $25 administration fee, you must email Trioofpeddlers@gmail.com prior to 60 days before the event. Cancel deadline is January 23, 2027.

How many full booths do you need? $340 each ($290 each if paid in full by Oct 12, 2027) Booth Sizes 14' x 9' or 17' x 5'

17 wide by 5 deep booths are in the main entrance areas and are limited. If you enter 17 x 5 and we are full, we will contact you about changing to 14 x 9. (If you prefer a half booth enter 0)

Do you prefer a half booth? $240 each ($190 each if paid in full by Oct 12, 2027) Booth Size 7' x 9'

7'' wide x 9' deep booths are double corner booths, meaning foot traffic will walk on 3 sides and you have a wall at your back. You will have room for 2- 6ft tables and 1- 4ft table in a U shape. (If you prefer a full booth enter 0)

1)Exhibitors will show/sell only items that have been juried and approved.

2)Exhibitor booths must be open and staffed during show hours. No early breakdowns.

3)Appalachian Craft Fest will not assume liability for any loss, damage or injury to any display, inventory or to the exhibitor, their employee or guest at the show. Exhibitors desiring liability coverage will need to obtain their own. Often your car insurance company will issue low cost annual business insurance.
