• Marketing Manager Job Application

The Manager of Marketing & Sales is a strategic, data-driven role focused on growing audiences, strengthening community connections, and increasing earned revenue across MCA’s performances, exhibitions, education programs, rentals, and other initiatives. Rather than requiring a traditional cover letter, we have designed our application around a series of focused prompts that give candidates an opportunity to tell us about their experience, approach, and interest in the work. We also ask applicants to share selected work samples, such as communications, marketing campaigns, and examples of data analysis, so we can better understand how you think, what you have accomplished, and how your experience might translate to MCA.
