dearest friends,
our hearts broke when we heard the news at the National Day Rally yesterday. the proposed reclamation for Singapore's new Western Island in the coming years could mean losing at least 6 of our reefs and all the marine life within and around them. for many of us, these places are very dear to our hearts, places that we've dived, researched and loved. there are so many questions and concerns that we have been getting and what exactly does this means for our environment and for us. this is also a quick check in (until we get more information!) and we would also like to know who would be keen to stay involved and join future conversations as we learn moore about this project. here's the article if you missed the ndr!
