- League Games & Practices
- tournaments
- Exhibition Games
Required For:
- Dyland Training - Certificate of Insurance will be attached to my reply if available
- Social Events - Any team gathering or activity, including celebrations, dinners, year-end parties, etc.
Sanctioned Events: a Certificate of Insurance will be provided to you to book your event.

Non Sanctioned Events: Families must complete the Assumption of Risk Form before booking the event to ensure all families agree to the event.

Important: The association is not liable for non-sanctioned events. Responsibility falls on the organizer.

You may want to look into obtaining separate event insurance.
