The Lot Vendor Agreement
By submitting this application and participating as a vendor at The Lot, I understand and agree to the following:
- Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance or a vendor space.
- Vendor spaces are not confirmed until approval and any required booth fee have been completed.
- Vendors must arrive during the designated setup period and be fully set up before the event begins.
- Vendors are responsible for providing their own tent, tables, chairs, displays, equipment, inventory, and other supplies unless otherwise stated.
- All tents, displays, signs, equipment, and merchandise must remain within the vendor's assigned space.
- Vendors are responsible for keeping their booth area clean, safe, and professional throughout the event.
- Vendors may only sell or promote products and services that were disclosed and approved through their application.
- Vendor spaces may not be transferred, shared, subleased, or resold without prior approval from The Lot.
- Vendors are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any licenses, permits, insurance, health approvals, or other authorizations required for their products or business.
- Food and beverage vendors are responsible for complying with all applicable health, fire, food-service, and safety requirements.
- Vendors are responsible for securing tents and equipment appropriately and safely.
- Vendors are responsible for their own merchandise, equipment, money, and personal property. The Lot is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unattended property.
- Vendors are responsible for the conduct of their employees, helpers, contractors, and anyone working within their booth.
- Vendors must follow all event rules, venue requirements, setup instructions, safety requirements, and directions provided by The Lot staff.
- The Lot reserves the right to deny participation, remove prohibited merchandise, or require a vendor to leave for unsafe conduct, disruptive behavior, misrepresentation, violation of event policies, or failure to follow staff instructions.
- Vendors are responsible for removing all merchandise, equipment, trash, and debris from their space at the end of the event.
- Event dates, operating hours, layouts, and other details may be modified when necessary because of weather, safety concerns, venue requirements, or circumstances outside The Lot's control.
- Any cancellation, transfer, credit, or refund policy communicated for a specific event will apply to that registration.
By checking the agreement box and submitting this application, I confirm that the information I provided is accurate and that I have read, understand, and agree to comply with these vendor requirements.
