Food Vendor Fee: $300 per week

All food and beverage vendors are responsible for obtaining and paying for their own required City of Somerville food permit(s). Vendors must receive all required approvals before operating at the event. Nathika Events does not guarantee approval of any permit.

Single-Week Rate: $200 per event

4-Week Commitment Rate: $150 per week

4-Week Total: $600

A 3.5% processing fee applies to Credit Card, PayPal, and Venmo payments. Vendor space is not guaranteed until your application has been approved and required payment has been received.

By participating in the Winter Asian Market 2027, I give Nathika Events LLC permission to photograph and/or video my booth, products, staff, and participation during the event. I authorize Nathika Events LLC to use these photos and videos for social media, websites, advertising, press, event promotion, and future marketing materials without additional compensation.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to comply with all event rules, venue requirements, safety requirements, setup and breakdown instructions, and applicable City of Somerville regulations. Food and beverage vendors understand that they are responsible for obtaining all required City of Somerville permits and submitting all required food-safety documents. I understand that vendor fees are non-refundable once my participation has been confirmed. I understand that acceptance of this application is subject to approval by Nathika Events LLC.
