TEAM ELIGIBILITY

- Each club may register one (1) official team. Additional teams may be accepted if slots remain available after the registration deadline.
TEAM COMPOSITION
Each team shall consist of four (4) players:
- 2 Men
- 2 Women
IMPORTANT RULES
- If a registered player is unavailable for any league week, the team may field an approved substitute in accordance with the Substitution Rules.
- If no eligible substitute is available, the scheduled team match will proceed as planned. The affected Men’s Doubles or Women’s Doubles game will be played as a 1-versus-2 game.
- The 1-versus-2 format applies only to Men’s Doubles or Women’s Doubles. For the Mixed Doubles games, the remaining registered player may still participate in Mixed Doubles 2, allowing the team to complete both Mixed Doubles games.
- In a 1-versus-2 game, the game will not be submitted to DUPR and will not count toward the players’ DUPR results.
- Any game involving a no-show player will not be submitted to DUPR and will not count toward the players’ DUPR results.
- Players who compete in Mixed Doubles 1 are not permitted to compete in Mixed Doubles 2 during the same team match, except when necessary due to an unavailable registered player and no eligible substitute being available, as provided above.
- The combined DUPR rating of the four (4) registered players must not exceed 13.00.
- Players are recommended to have a DUPR Reliability Score of at least 60%.
- A player's official DUPR Rating shall be the rating reflected at the time of registration. Any subsequent change to the player's DUPR Rating will not affect the team's eligibility for the duration of the league.
- All eligible and properly played match results will be submitted to DUPR.
- Team captains must submit their lineup before the start of each team match. Once submitted, no changes are permitted.
- Players who are late cannot be substituted. Games have to be played 1-versus-2 if only 1 player is available for the game or forfeited if no eligible players are available.
Teams cannot proceed to the next match until all games for the current match will be completed.
SUBSTITUTION RULES
The league is designed for each club to compete using its four (4) registered players throughout the entire competition. Substitutions are intended only for cases where one or more registered players are genuinely unavailable for a particular league week.
1. Substitutions are allowed only when one or more of the four (4) registered players are unavailable for that week's matches.
2. The Team Captain must notify the organizer and submit the team's final lineup,
including any substitute player(s), at least three (3) days before that week's
scheduled matches.
3. Every substitute player must meet all tournament eligibility requirements, including:
- Recommended to have a DUPR Reliability Score of at least 60%.
- Being eligible to represent the same club under the Team Eligibility rules.
4. The substitute player's current DUPR Rating at the time the substitution is
submitted must be equal to or lower than the official DUPR Rating of the
registered player being replaced, using the registered player's DUPR Rating
recorded at the time of registration as the basis for comparison.
5. The team's lineup for that week must continue to comply with the maximum combined DUPR Rating of 13.00.
6. All substitute players must be declared and approved by the organizer before
participating in any match.
7. A substitute player may represent only one (1) club throughout the league.
8. Once the weekly lineup has been approved by the organizer, no further substitutions or lineup changes will be permitted for that week's matches, except under extraordinary circumstances approved by the organizer.
Note: Substitutions are provided solely to ensure that clubs can continue competing when registered players are genuinely unavailable. They are not intended to strengthen a team's lineup or gain a competitive advantage.
