  • Call for Volunteers (paid) – WIP Arts & Technology Festival 2026

  • The WIP (Work in Progress) Arts & Technology Festival is taking place between the 16th - 25th of October and we are really excited to welcome volunteers who want to be part of this initiative!

  • Volunteers will gain valuable experience and enjoy a range of opportunities, including:

    • Insight into the behind-the-scenes of a large-scale cultural festival
    • Hands-on experience in event production and arts management
    • Network opportunities with artists, creatives, and professionals from the cultural and academic sector
    • First-hand experience with cutting-edge technologies and innovations showcased at the festival.
    • Being part of a dynamic, creative team and contributing to an exciting cultural experience

    We would like to ask that you provide some basic personal details, your capabilities, and motivation information to evaluate your application. Additionally, we request that you indicate your availability before and during the exhibition period.

    Please select all days and time slots for which you would be available; your selections will help us organize the volunteer schedule and allocate shifts according to the needs of the exhibition. The scheduling will occur on a rotating basis (volunteer rota) according to the needs of the festival and volunteer availability.

  • The WIP team will arrange a general meeting where the outline of the volunteer rota will be presented and discussed. During the festival, a member of our team may contact you whenever a relevant slot becomes available. If additional needs or emergencies arise, the WIP team will reassign or change the volunteer rota according to the present availability declared or in direct communication with each volunteer.
