• Submissions may be shortened or edited for inclusion in the final fan video

Video Submission Disclaimer and Consent

• I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older, or, if I am under 18, that I have obtained consent from my parent or legal guardian to submit this video and agree to the terms outlined in this form.
• I voluntarily submitted the video and the information contained in this form.
  The video is my original content, and I have the authority to grant permission for its use.
• I give Starry Live, its related entities, event partners and authorised representatives permission to use, reproduce, edit, crop, subtitle, translate, adapt, combine, publish and publicly display my submitted video.
• My video, name, image, voice and appearance may be used in a fan-made video and related promotional content for The Rose.
• The content may be shared through social media, websites, digital advertising, email, venue screens, live-event screens and other promotional or publicity channels.
• My submission may be edited for length, quality, formatting or creative presentation, provided it is not used in a deliberately misleading or defamatory manner.
• I understand that I will not receive payment, royalties or other compensation for the authorised use of my submission.
• I understand that submitting a video does not guarantee it will be selected or published.
• I confirm that the video does not contain unauthorised music, artwork, branding or footage, and does not include another identifiable person without their permission.
• I may request that my video not be used in future publications by contacting my email. I understand that content already published, distributed or incorporated into completed materials may not be fully removable.
