Welcome to the 2027 Family Reunion Cabin Reservation Form! We have reserved the entire resort for July 5–8. Our family will receive a 10% discount on each cabin.

Use this form to reserve your cabin and pay the initial deposit to Heather Smith. The remaining balance will be paid directly to Deer Lake Cabins Ranch Resort by April 1, 2027.

Cabin Categories

Lake Houses: on map - BH, BB, SC, AH, DD, KC, TS, BTC, CZ, RR
This will most likely be our main gathering area, centered around the lake access and pavilion. The Lake Houses are arranged neighborhood-style along a paved road, with the houses located fairly close together.

Frontier Ridge: on map - WW, CC, WP, PC, GC, CL
These cabins are grouped together and within sight of one another, but they are more spread out than the Lake Houses. Frontier Ridge is about 0.8–0.9 miles from the Lake Houses, or roughly a 5-minute drive. Access is by a drivable dirt road, but expect slower driving because the road is sandy and winding.

This area also has several nearby amenities, including a playground, splash pad, farm animals, and sport courts.

Private Retreats: on map - MVL, NN, MO, SMH, HH, FH
These cabins are more remote and are each located on their own, away from the other cabin groups. They range from about 0.4 to 1.2 miles from the Lake Houses, or approximately a 2–6 minute drive. Access is by a drivable dirt road, but expect slower driving because of the ruts and winding road.
