    Thank you for taking the first step toward becoming a mentor. Mentors can make a meaningful difference by providing consistency, guidance, encouragement, and a caring presence in a young person’s life.

    As you begin the intake and application process, please complete all required sections carefully and honestly. Your responses will help our team learn more about you, understand your interests and availability, and determine the best possible mentoring match.

    After your completed documents are reviewed, an M4K staff member will contact you regarding the next steps, which may include an interview, reference checks, background screening, and mentor training.
