- Manage & motivate workers;
- Track inventory
- Material runs / distributor pick-ups
- Interact with customer
- Jobsite quality control & marketing
Must have:
- Valid Driver's license
- Clean background
- Personal transportation
Must be:
- Willing & open-minded towards learning
- Bilingual = Fluent or conversational in Spanish
- Able to manage a construction work crew; motivate, time manage & report.
- Proficient in phone/text communication and use of software like Outlook, Zoom, Service Titan, etc.
