All team members, coaches and chaperones will be required to sign the LSC Team Travel Agreement & Code of Conduct, Minor Travel Consent Form and provide a copy of your insurance card.
For families with multiple athlete's on attending the trip, please make sure there is a signed agreement for both athletes. Only one copy of the insurance card is needed as long as it covers both athletes.
All invoices must also be paid by the deadline listed above. You can pay via the Quickbooks link sent to your email or if you are paying by check, please indicate so below and bring a check to the airport the day of departure.
The team will be traveling together for the duration of the trip, departing from the Atlanta Airport on Thursday, April 22nd 2027 and returning to Atlanta on Sunday, April 25th, 2027.
