  • By signing and/or submitting this form, I hereby affirm that all information provided in this vendor registration is accurate to the best of my knowledge and belief.  I further acknowledge receipt of the 2026 Houston AfriFEST Vendor Agreement and agree to the terms as set out therein. I also grant Houston AfriFEST and the Nigerian-American Multicultural Council (NAMC) permission to use my and/or my business' likeness in photographs and/or video for promotional purposes in connection with AfriFEST and/or other events and marketing produced by NAMC.

  • Will you require electricity be provided to your vendor booth? (Note: You will need to provide your own power strip and extension cord to connect to the main electricity access point. Electricity subject to availability.)*

  • Food/Beverage Vendor Acknowledgment: I understand that I must submit a Temporary Food Dealer Permit from the City of Houston to NAMC no later than 14 days before Houston AfriFEST, or risk having my registration cancelled without a refund. The only exception is for vendors who send proof of their Temporary Food Dealer Permit applications submitted no later than 14 calendar days to the event.*

                      Vendor will be provided a vending space for a food truck and access to the facility's power along with admission for 4 total people.  Any other power needs will need to be provided by the vendor.  No tent, tables, or chairs will be provided. Regular registration.
