Welcome to the 2027 Holistic Healing Fair™ Roadshow
The Holistic Healing Fair™ was created to educate, inspire and connect our local communities while encouraging self-care, self-love, conscious living and overall well-being.

Our events welcome attendees of all ages and walks of life who are interested in holistic health, wellness, personal growth and positive change. The Holistic Healing Fair™ offers vendors a unique opportunity to connect, network and showcase their products and services to an engaged and like-minded audience.

Important Information
All payments made to Vanessa Sieger, coordinator and founder of 15955904 Canada Inc. O/A Holistic Healing Fair™, are non-refundable.

If an event must be postponed due to circumstances beyond our control, payments will be transferred as a credit toward a future event.

If you are unable to attend an event, you may request approval to transfer or sell your booth space to another eligible business.

By submitting payment, you agree to the complete Vendor Terms & Conditions.

Do you require guaranteed hydro, at an additional $25? It is a fee PER EVENT. Wall spaces are limited.

The exhibitor understands that setup begins as early as 8:00 AM on the day of the event and their booth must be completely set up by 9:50 AM. Exhibitors who have not arrived by 9:45 AM may have their table removed and will not receive a refund. If running late, the exhibitor must notify Vanessa Sieger, Coordinator and Founder of 15955904 Canada Inc. O/A Holistic Healing Fair™. The exhibitor understands that the Holistic Healing Fair™ is open to the public from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

The exhibitor understands that important event information can be found by searching their email for ‘HOLISTIC HEALING FAIR.’ Questions regarding information already provided in the application, Terms & Conditions or event emails may not receive an individual response.

The exhibitor understands that event instructions, including load-in details, table sizes and any special instructions, will be emailed on the Monday prior to the event. If you have not received this email by the end of Monday, please follow up. Please do not contact us before Monday with questions that will be addressed in the event instructions email.

The exhibitor understands that tacks, staples, nails or similar items may not be used on venue walls. The exhibitor is responsible for any fees resulting from damage caused by their booth or setup. Open flames and burning products, including candles and incense, are prohibited. Scent diffusers, wax melts and other scented products that actively release fragrance are not permitted. Music or amplified sound is not permitted at individual booths.

If an event must be postponed due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, venue closures, emergencies or government restrictions, all payments will be transferred as a credit toward a future Holistic Healing Fair™ event.

The exhibitor understands that Vanessa Sieger, Coordinator and Founder of 15955904 Canada Inc. O/A Holistic Healing Fair™, reserves the right to decline or terminate vendor participation, without refund, if a vendor’s conduct, products or practices are deemed harmful, discriminatory, inappropriate or damaging to the reputation or integrity of the Holistic Healing Fair™.

The exhibitor understands that Vanessa Sieger, Coordinator and Founder of 15955904 Canada Inc. O/A Holistic Healing Fair™, the event venue and all event sponsors will not be held liable or responsible for any loss, injury, damage or theft occurring during event hours, setup or teardown.

The exhibitor understands that their booth must remain fully set up and intact until the event ends at 4:00 PM. Removing, packing, moving or dismantling any part of the booth before 4:00 PM may result in the exhibitor being prohibited from participating in future Holistic Healing Fair™ events and, where applicable, forfeiting payments already made toward future events.

The exhibitor understands that Vanessa Sieger, Coordinator and Founder of 15955904 Canada Inc. O/A Holistic Healing Fair™, does not guarantee or imply sales or specific results. Booth success may be influenced by many factors, including event attendance, the exhibitor’s engagement, presentation, marketing, pricing, products or services, and professionalism.

FULL DISCLOSURE - The Holistic Healing Fair™ does not guarantee category or product exclusivity. Multiple vendors may offer similar products or services, including but not limited to energy work, healing services, massage, intuitive readings, metaphysical products, candles, crystals, jewelry, bath and body products, and other wellness offerings. We encourage each exhibitor to confidently showcase what makes their business and offerings unique.

FOOD & DRINK SAMPLE VENDORS - If you plan to serve food or drink samples, you may be required to hold a valid Food Handler Certification and meet additional local health unit requirements. Requirements vary by location, so vendors are responsible for contacting the appropriate health unit directly to confirm what is required. Due to application volume, Holistic Healing Fair™ does not contact health units on behalf of individual vendors. If a health unit contacts us regarding your participation, we will complete any required event organizer paperwork.

Please upload any photos of what you would like to be showcased within our marketing materials for the event - 1-2 photos of your favourite items or products that you will be bringing to the events.

TABLE REQUESTS - Please select ALL that apply. Requests are not guaranteed, but we will do our best to accommodate them. Vendors are required to work within their assigned booth space, building up rather than out. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions for full details.

IMPORTANT: If bringing a reader’s table or massage table, you may bring ONE OR THE OTHER per booth. One booth cannot accommodate both. If you require both, a second booth space must be purchased.

Please explain any additional special considerations for your booth - extra trash cans, use of a sink, scent allergies, allergies pertaining to the event environment, wheelchair access, etc.

By submitting payment, the exhibitor grants Vanessa Sieger, Coordinator and Founder of 15955904 Canada Inc. O/A Holistic Healing Fair™, permission to use photos taken at the event, unless otherwise requested in writing, as well as business information and promotional materials provided through this application, for Holistic Healing Fair™ promotional purposes, including the website and social media.

30 WELLNESS SWAG BAGS: Would you like to contribute to the swag bags given to our first 30 attendees? If yes, please tell us what you’ll be donating. All contributions must include a coupon, discount, freebie or special offer. We highly recommend “REDEEM AT BOOTH” offers to help drive attendees directly to you. Please include your business information with your contribution.

Swag Bags will be ready for you to place your items in the morning of the event. Please have them ready.

The exhibitor understands that NO FURTHER CONFIRMATION is required after payment is submitted. Event instructions will be emailed to all vendors on the Monday prior to the event. If there is an issue with your payment or vendor space, you will be contacted directly. Please refer to your application and event emails before reaching out, as inquiries regarding information already provided may not receive a response.
