Waste & Sanitation: Access to trash dumpsters, greywater disposal sites, and nearby restroom facilities for staff. 4.Timing & Access: Clear windows for load-in, setup, peak service hours, and load-out.

By signing below, the Vendor certifies that all required State of Florida and Volusia County credentials are valid, active, and will be displayed inside the booth during event hours. The vendor understands that local regulatory agencies may inspect the layout on-site, and failure to present proper licensing may result in immediate closure by officials without event refund. Upon your submission, ArtHaus Foundation will email you the event's food vendor Compliance Worksheet for you to fill out and return by October 1st, 2026.
