PinayTalks: Extraordinary Voices
Le Méridien Monte-Carlo, Monaco — November 15–19, 2026
Summit theme: Leadership Futures: Power. Influence. Security.
Every year at the Summit, a handful of women take the PinayTalks stage and tell the one story only they can tell. Eight minutes. One idea. A room full of Filipina leaders from around the world, listening.
This year we're at Le Méridien Monte-Carlo, and the Summit theme is Leadership Futures: Power. Influence. Security. — where Filipina leadership is headed, and who's building it. PinayTalks also kicks off the global launch of DISRUPT 6.0: Pinay Leadership Futures, so we're looking for stories that don't just look back — they point forward. Whatever pillar your story lives in — Power, Influence, or Security — give it a Leadership Futures thread: what you're building next, what you're handing off, or the leader you're becoming.
Here's what makes a PinayTalk work:
1. Eight minutes. No more. Your mic goes off at 8:00, so rehearse and time yourself before you get on stage. Many speakers use Guy Kawasaki's 10/20/30 rule as a guide: fewer than 10 slides, well under your time limit, nothing smaller than 30-point type.
2. Tell us something true — and something forward-looking. A moment when AI, a tool, a decision, or a risk changed how you lead, and where it's taking you next. Pick a topic you're genuinely passionate about. We want the real version, not the highlight reel.
3. Go deep on one thing — one app, one decision, one turning point — rather than trying to cover your whole career.
4. Rehearsed, not read. Know your talk well enough to tell it, not recite it — and don't ramble either.
5. No pitching. This isn't the place to sell your company, product, service, or cause, even if it's related to your topic — and no fundraising. We will stop a talk that turns into one.
6. Structure matters. Give your story a beginning, a middle, and an end.
7. Make it yours. Slides, song, poetry, spoken word, rap, dance, an instrument — whatever tells your story best. Using slides? Save them as a PDF so your fonts and photos travel with you intact.
8. Expect a camera. We may videotape your presentation.
9. Tell us your setup. We'll have a screen, projector, laptop, mic, and sound system on-site. Bringing your own gear — an instrument, say? Let us know below. Anything beyond the house system (piano rental, extra A/V) is on you to arrange and cover; an electric piano or cello can plug into our sound system at no charge, and we can connect you with our on-site A/V company for anything bigger.
Upload your presentation here — especially if you're using slides or photos. Bring a backup copy on a USB drive to the FWN Registration Desk when you pick up your Summit credentials.
Attire & badge: Business casual. Wear your FWN name badge at all times — it's your pass to the shuttle, every Summit session, and off-site events.
Cost: PinayTalks is included in your All-Access Summit Pass. Nothing extra to pay.
