• 2026 Art For All Seasons Member's Show Artist Form and Contract

  • Artwork drop off times: November 9th, 10:00am - 1:30pm, 2:30pm - 5:30pm


    Hanging/display fee: $5 per piece


    *You may join or renew your membership during drop-off.


    Each Maude Kerns Art Center member may exhibit two, ready-to-hang pieces or one large, ready-to-hang piece. If submitting two pieces, measurements must not exceed 36” vertically and/or horizontally. All mediums are accepted, except reproductions (ie. giclee prints) and installation. There is a $5 per piece hanging/display fee. Your piece(s) must be ready to hang and labeled (i.e., matted, framed, provided with a wire on the back, labeled on back with artist name and title).

    Exhibit Dates: November 20 - December 18, 2026

    Opening Reception: Friday, November 20, 5 - 7 pm

    Artwork Pick Up: Saturday, December 19

  • Contract to exhibit in the "Art for All Seasons Annual Member's Show"

  • This is an agreement between Maude Kerns Art Center, an Oregon non-profit corporation (hereafter referred to as the Art Center) and the undersigned artist or artist’s agent (hereafter referred to as the Artist), summarizing and disclosing all the rights and responsibilities of those two parties.


    The Artist recognizes this digital contract for the submitted artwork, and applies to the titles, size, media, retail sales price, and special handling, assembly or hanging/installation instructions collected on this form. At this time the Artist will also send to the Art Center a resume, artist’s statement, biography, and previous press reviews if available or bring in person at the drop off of the artwork (s). The artist grants the Art Center permission to use images of the exhibited artwork and any of the above listed information for publicity or educational purposes.


    All work must be suitably framed, presented and ready to hang or install. Pieces requiring assembly must have easy to follow instructions, or the Artist must be present to assist. The Art Center reserves the right to reject any artwork from the exhibit. Rejection may be based on size and weight, fragility, poor craftsmanship, materials used or any other reason deemed adequate by the Art Center. No work may be removed during the exhibit period. If artwork arrives at the art center with minor damage, the Artist agrees to allow the Art Center to have the work repaired at the Artist’s expense.


    The Art Center shall retain a 40% commission on all artwork sold as a result of the exhibit at the Art Center or facilitation by its staff after the exhibit period. The Art Center will pay the Artist 60% of any sales within 30 days of the exhibit’s end. Artists also agree to not exhibit the same pieces in Lane County galleries 3 months before or after the exhibit period.


    Shipping to and from the Art Center is at the Artist’s expense. Artwork not claimed within 30 days after the close of the exhibit will be placed in storage at the artist’s expense, and the Art Center shall not be liable for loss or damage to
    such works.

    The Artist’s signature below indicates understanding and acceptance of this Artist exhibit contract.
