  • The following is a warning, release of liability, assumption of risk and indemnity agreement between the Beta Motorcycles Australia Demo Day participant, Beta Motorcycles Australia hereafter referred to as ‘BMA’, Top Two Motorcycles hereafter referred to as 'TTM'.

    1. Motorcycles returned with damage greater than normal wear and tear (plastic scratches, etc) are subject to a repair fee, based on the amount of time/cost of parts used to repair the motorcycle. 

    2. All appropriate safety gear must be worn when riding our motorcycles, including; Helmets, gloves, boots, goggles, etc.

    3. The person test riding the motorcycle understands and accepts that riding a motorcycle is dangerous and may result in the rider being injured mentally, physically and may even result in death.

    4. BMA and TTM reserves the right to refuse any person a ride in its absolute discretion.

    5. The person test riding the motorcycle agrees that BMA and TTM, related companies, its employees and agents are released and indemnified against any claim for injury, loss or damage to the Demo day attendee, or to any other person or property, which are in any way connected to participation in the use of the motorcycle however caused. The person riding the motorcycle agrees to waive their right to present any legal claim or lawsuit against BMA and TTM regardless of how any damage, injury or death may have occurred, through negligence or any other manner considered through legal claim. The person riding the motorcycle also agrees that this contract shall be binding for themselves, their heirs, executors and personal representatives and administrators of their estate.

    6. A person under 18 years of age may only test ride a Beta Motorcycle with the consent of a parent or guardian. Consent is indicated by declaration on this form.

    7.  If you leave personal property with us, we will take care the best we can but please note it is at your own risk.

    I, the undersigned, state that I have read and understood this declaration (including the warning, indemnity and release) and agree to the terms and conditions as stated.

  • THIRD PARTY INDEMNITY WHERE PARTICIPANT IS UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE

    I/WE, as the parents or guardians of the person named hereby acknowledge:

    a) I/we have read the whole of this document and understand it; b) I/we consent to the entrant participating in the Event; AND c) I/we are aware of the risks, dangers and obligations set out above; 

    In consideration of the participant being accepted as a participant in the Beta Demo Day I/WE HEREBY INDEMNIFY AND RELEASE the Indemnities in the same manner and to the same effect as if I/WE were the participant and agree to personally accept all terms and conditions and obligations set out in this declaration.

    PLEASE NOTE: All riders are required to complete the payment below to secure your booking for the Beta demo day. This fee entites you to entry to the Beta Demo Day hosted at the Killarney Trial Ride which include 1 hour of riding on select Beta motorcycles on a dedicated enduro loop. 

    If for any unforseen reason should the day be cancelled due to adverse weather/track conditions, Beta will offer refunds if the revised demo date isn't suitable for you. 

    Full refunds will be processed if you wish to cancel by giving us at least 48hrs notice by emailing marketing@betamotor.com.au
