I understand that the quoted price is based on the specifications and selections outlined in this quote and that any changes, additional options or upgrades requested after acceptance may incur additional costs. I acknowledge the stated payment schedule and agree that the 40% deposit is required to commence the build/order process and is non-refundable once paid, subject to applicable Australian Consumer Law. Final delivery timing is subject to availability of engines, components, shipping and production schedules.
