Waiver and Release of Liability: By participating in kayak and paddleboard rental activities, you acknowledge the inherent risks involved, including but not limited to injury, drowning, or property damage. You agree to assume all risks and release the rental business, its owners, and staff from any liability.

Furthermore, I hereby declare that I am physically fit and that I have no physical or mental condition(s) that should preclude me from participating in my chosen activity, that I am not participating against medical advice or treatment.

Alcohol, Narcotics and Smoking will be PROHIBITED on all rental equipment.

Equipment Damage: In the unfortunate event of damage or loss of equipment during your reservation, you may be charged the full replacement cost of the item/vessel. You are solely responsible for the equipment during your designated time slot. Please do not leave equipment unattended and contact a representative if you are done before the time slot is complete. All PFD's must stay with you on your vessel as required by law.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled rental will receive a full refund minus the $5 processing fee per vessel. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental time will receive a 50% refund. No refund will be provided for no-shows. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.

Weather Policy: We reserve sole discretion to cancel a reservation due to weather. We will first attempt to reschedule, but if we are unable to agree to a date/time, a full refund minus the $5 processing fee per vessel will be processed.
