IPAA Victoria's Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held online on Thursday 19 November 2026 at 4:30pm to 5:30pm (AEDT). All members are welcome to attend the AGM, however, voting rights apply to personal members, honorary life members and heads of member organisations. Employees of member organisations may attend as observers but are not eligible to vote. Eligible voters can use this form to advise of attendance, nominate a proxy, or decline the invitation to attend. Please submit your details no later than 5:00pm (AEDT), Thursday 12 November 2026.

Under clause 51.2 of the IPAA Victoria Constitution, eligible members may appoint another eligible member or the AGM Chairperson as a proxy.

Pursuant to clause 48.1 of the Constitution, the IPAA Victoria President will preside as Chairperson over the AGM.

IPAA Victoria will send AGM meeting details to all proxies nominated ahead of 19 November 2026.
