  • Intern, Volunteer Management & Experience (VMX): 

    Job Purpose

    The Intern, VMX supports the day-to-day coordination of volunteer recruitment, onboarding, deployment, and engagement, helping to ensure a positive and well-organised experience for volunteers supporting MTFA's programmes and corporate partnerships.

    Key Responsibilities

    •      Support recruitment and onboarding of volunteers, including screening, scheduling, and preparing onboarding materials

    •      Maintain and update volunteer records, attendance, and hour-tracking

    •      Assist in coordinating volunteer deployment across programmes and CSR/VIA activities

    •      Help plan and execute volunteer engagement and appreciation activities

    •      Provide administrative and logistical support for volunteer-related events and briefings

    •      Assist in gathering feedback from volunteers to support process improvements

    Requirements

    •      Currently pursuing a diploma/degree, or equivalent, in a relevant field

    •      Good interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable engaging volunteers, beneficiaries, or the public

    •      Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple small tasks concurrently

    •      Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Canva or social media tools is a plus where relevant

    •      A genuine interest in community and social service work

     

  • Intern, Youth Leadership & Engagement (YLE): 

    Job Purpose

    The Intern, YLE supports the coordination of youth-led chapters, initiatives, and engagement activities, assisting in building an active and connected youth community within MTFA.

    Key Responsibilities

    •      Support the planning and coordination of youth chapter activities and initiatives

    •      Assist with logistics, sign-ups, and attendance tracking for youth programmes and events

    •      Help maintain records related to youth participation, grants, and engagement initiatives

    •      Provide secretariat support, including scheduling, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items

    •      Assist in engaging and communicating with youth participants, scholars, and volunteers

    •      Support ad-hoc administrative tasks for youth development projects

    Requirements

    •      Currently pursuing a diploma/degree, or equivalent, in a relevant field

    •      Good interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable engaging volunteers, beneficiaries, or the public

    •      Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple small tasks concurrently

    •      Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Canva or social media tools is a plus where relevant

  • Intern, Community Outreach: 

    Job Purpose

    The Intern, Community Outreach supports the planning and on-ground execution of heartland and estate-level engagement activities, helping ComDev connect with residents and prospective beneficiaries.

    Key Responsibilities

    •      Assist in preparing logistics and materials for heartland/estate activations and community booths

    •      Support on-ground engagement with residents and prospective beneficiaries during outreach activities

    •      Help collect, compile, and organise leads and outreach data for follow-up

    •      Assist in coordinating with volunteers and partners involved in outreach activities

    •      Provide administrative support for outreach planning, including scheduling and inventory of materials

    •      Support post-activity reporting and documentation

    Requirements

    •      Currently pursuing a diploma/degree, or equivalent, in a relevant field

    •      Good interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable engaging volunteers, beneficiaries, or the public

    Job Purpose

    The Intern, Digital Outreach supports the creation and distribution of digital content that extends ComDev's reach, helping to tell the community's stories across MTFA's digital platforms.

    Key Responsibilities

    •      Assist in producing content for social media, videos, and newsletters

    •      Support the planning and maintenance of the content calendar

    •      Help capture photos and videos at community events for digital storytelling

    •      Assist in drafting captions, articles, or impact stories for MTFA's platforms

    •      Support basic tracking of digital engagement metrics

    •      Provide administrative support for digital outreach projects and content approvals

    Requirements

    •      Currently pursuing a diploma/degree, or equivalent, in a relevant field

    •      Good interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable engaging volunteers, beneficiaries, or the public

  • Intern, Community Learning & Programme: 

    Job Purpose

    The Intern, CLP supports the coordination of learning and support programmes for service users, assisting with enrolment, class logistics, and engagement to help programmes run smoothly.

    Key Responsibilities

    •      Support enrolment and registration processes for service users

    •      Assist in coordinating class schedules, venues, and logistics with hosts and facilitators (asatizah)

    •      Maintain accurate records of service user attendance and participation

    •      Provide administrative support for programme documentation and reporting

    •      Assist in engaging service users and following up on enquiries or attendance issues

    •      Support the planning and execution of programme-related events or briefings
