Retention Period:
For Admitted Students: Crest School will retain your personal data for the entire duration of your active student status, and for an additional period as required by internal regulations or legal obligations after graduation.
For Non-Admitted Applicants: Your data will be retained for one (1) year from the end of the admission process. After this period, your data will be securely deleted or destroyed. Consequently, Crest School will no longer be able to send you any marketing communications or updates.
Data Subject Rights: You have the right to request access to your data, obtain a copy, receive data in an automated format, request data transfer, as well as request the deletion, destruction, or suspension of use of your personal data. If you do not wish for us to collect or use your personal data for the purposes stated above, you may withdraw your consent at any time at no cost by submitting a consent withdrawal form.

คำชี้แจงสิทธิ์ส่วนบุคคล: ศูนย์การเรียนเครสท์สคูลจะเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ และประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านที่กรอกในแบบฟอร์มนี้ เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์เฉพาะดังต่อไปนี้
เพื่อดำเนินการตามคำขอสมัครเรียน ตรวจสอบคุณสมบัติ ประวัติการศึกษา และยืนยันตัวตนของผู้สมัครในการเข้าสอบคัดเลือก
เพื่อการติดต่อประสานงาน นัดหมาย แจ้งผลการสอบ และดำเนินการในขั้นตอนการรับมอบตัว
เพื่อการจัดทำฐานข้อมูลผู้สมัครสอบในระบบสารสนเทศของศูนย์การเรียนเครสท์สคูล
เพื่อส่งข้อมูลข่าวสาร กิจกรรม และการประชาสัมพันธ์ของศูนย์การเรียนเครสท์สคูล (เฉพาะกรณีที่ท่านได้ให้ความยินยอมในส่วนท้ายของแบบฟอร์มนี้)
ทั้งนี้ ข้อมูลของท่านอาจถูกเปิดเผยหรือส่งต่อให้แก่บุคคลที่สามที่เกี่ยวข้องเท่าที่จำเป็นตามวัตถุประสงค์ดังกล่าว เช่น หน่วยงานราชการที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ระยะเวลาจัดเก็บ:
กรณีได้เข้าเป็นนักเรียน: ศูนย์การเรียนเครสท์สคูลจะเก็บรักษาข้อมูลของท่านไว้ตลอดระยะเวลาที่ท่านรักษาสภาพการเป็นนักเรียน (และจัดเก็บต่อเนื่องหลังพ้นสภาพตามที่ระเบียบของศูนย์การเรียนเครสท์สคูล หรือกฎหมายกำหนด)
กรณีไม่ผ่านการคัดเลือก หรือสละสิทธิ์: จะเก็บข้อมูลของท่านไว้เป็นระยะเวลา 1 (หนึ่ง) ปี นับจากสิ้นสุดกระบวนการรับสมัคร เมื่อพ้นกำหนดเวลาดังกล่าว ข้อมูลของท่านจะถูกลบทำลายออกจากระบบอย่างถาวร ซึ่งจะส่งผลให้ศูนย์การเรียนเครสท์สคูลไม่สามารถติดต่อหรือส่งข้อมูลข่าวสารทางการตลาดใด ๆ ให้แก่ท่านได้อีก
สิทธิของเจ้าของข้อมูล: ท่านสามารถขอเข้าถึงข้อมูล ขอสำเนาข้อมูล ขอรับข้อมูลโดยวิธีอัตโนมัติ ขอให้โอนข้อมูล ขอให้ลบ ทำลายหรือระงับใช้ข้อมูลได้ โดยหากท่านไม่ประสงค์ให้เราเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านตามวัตถุประสงค์ข้างต้น ท่านสามารถถอนความยินยอมโดยแจ้งความประสงค์ของท่านได้ตลอดเวลา โดยไม่เสียค่าใช้จ่าย ผ่านช่องทางการกรอกแบบฟอร์มคำขอถอนความยินยอม
