Fundraising Project Proposal

Thank you for choosing AuDHD UK as your fundraising beneficiary! Your support is greatly appreciated, and we would be happy to provide support regarding and throughout your event/campaign where reasonably possible.

This form is for you to tell us about your event/campaign to help make this partnership as supportive as possible for both parties. 

If your project is approved, we will then contact you with next steps. 

If you are not successful, you will be contacted to explain why approval was not granted, and may be given guidance on how to gain approval. 

You are still able to fundraise in aid of our charity without our ongoing input, but the Fundraiser accepts all responsibility for management, promotion and compliance with regulations applicable to your project.

AuDHD UK would be happy to provide support regarding and throughout your event/campaign where reasonably possible. If this is desired, the Fundraiser must provide a project proposal to the Charity and sign a fundraising agreement prior to the launch of the fundraising campaign in aid of AuDHD UK. 

The Project proposal must include:

• Fundraiser details 
• Name of individual or organisation
• Contact details
• Whether the fundraiser is an individual supporter or an organisation
• Overview of the fundraising event/campaign
• Name of event/campaign
• Type of fundraising event
• Purpose and motivation
• Timeline with location(s)
• Marketing plan
• Method(s) of fundraising
• Financial plan - including fundraising target(s) and method/frequency of transferring donations
• Risk management and safety
• Expectations of support from the charity
