• How does our GP letter service work?

    All letters we provide follow a 10-minute video consultation to gather as much information as possible to provide you with accurate documentation. Our appointments are priced at £29.99. 

    Please be aware we do not fill out ANY forms and only provide the documents listed below. 

    ***We only provide ONE sick note per patient in a 6 month period and do not give repeat sick notes.

  • We offer the following types of letters for sickness and absence management :

     

    • Private Medical Certificate (Short-term Sick Note) 
      Description: Certification for acute illnesses (e.g., back pain, viral URTI, gastroenteritis, migraine) preventing work for 1 to 21days. 
    • Carer’s Leave Certificate 
      Description: Documentation confirming the patient is required to care for an immediate family member who is unwell(up to 21 days).
    • Fit Note Extension 
      Description: Extending a current sick note for ongoing/predictable conditions where a full re-consultation is not clinically necessary(up to 14 days). 
    • Return to Work Note 
      Description: Medical confirmation that a patient has recovered sufficiently to resume duties (often required by HR post-surgery or contagious illness). 
    • Self-Certification Validation 
      Description: Private note confirming reported symptoms for the first 7 days of illness (for employers who do not accept standard self-certification up to 21 days).

  • Occupational and student services 

     

    University Mitigating Circumstances Letter 
    Description: Evidence for missed exams or extensions due to acute illness or mental health crises. 


    Pre-Employment Health Declaration 
    Description: GP sign-off on standard health questionnaires for new jobs (excluding roles requiring physicals like HGV/Aviation). 


    Fit to Participate (Low Risk) 
    Description: Clearance for charity runs, marathons, or organized treks. 
    Exclusions: High-altitude or extreme endurance events requiring cardiac stress testing. 


    Camp/Volunteering Medical Form 
    Description: Review and sign-off of medical history forms for summer camps or overseas volunteering programs.

  • Private Specialist Referral Letter 


    Description: A formal professional letter detailing history and reason for referral to a private specialist (e.g., Dermatology, Orthopaedics, ENT)

    Please be aware we do not offer referrals for any scans or investigations that require any follow up or treatment after obtaining results.

  • We offer the following letters for travel related issues

    Fit to Fly Letter (Standard) 
    Description: Confirmation of general health or recovery from minor illness for travel purposes. 
    Exclusions: Recent major surgery, chest trauma, unstable cardiac conditions. 


    Fit to Fly (Pregnancy) 
    Description: For travel between 28–36 weeks of pregnancy. 
    Requirement: Patient must upload recent maternity notes/scan reports to confirm due date and uncomplicated status. 


    Medication Carriage Letter 
    Description: Official letter for customs explaining the medical necessity of carrying controlled drugs (e.g., ADHD stimulants, strong opiates) or injectables (e.g., Insulin, EpiPens). 
    Requirement: Proof of prescription or photo of medication box with pharmacy label required. 


    Chickenpox Recovery Letter 
    Description: Specific letter confirming lesions have crusted over and the patient is no longer infectious for travel. 
    Method: Requires high-resolution photo upload of the skin. 


    Travel cancellation 
    flight, hotels, cruises etc.

    Gym/Health Club Cancellation Letter 
    Description: Medical evidence to terminate a contract due to injury, surgery, or chronic illness preventing facility use. 


    Event Cancellation Certificate 
    Description: Medical proof to claim a refund on tickets (concerts, flights, theater) due to sudden illness. 


    "To Whom It May Concern" (General Health Status) 
    Description: A summary of current health conditions and medication for housing applications, simple visa requirements, or adoption agencies.

    ** Letters are for patients OVER 18 YEARS of age only.

    **During this appointment, the following are NOT available:**

    * **No Treatment:** We cannot provide medical assessments, physical examinations, or clinical treatments.
    * **No Prescriptions:** We cannot issue new prescriptions, fulfill repeat prescriptions, or conduct medication reviews.

    Urgent Medical "Red Flags"

    This service is for administrative requests only. If you are feeling unwell or experiencing any of the following "red flag" symptoms, **do not proceed with this booking**.

    **Please call 999 or go to your nearest A&E immediately if you have:**

    * Severe chest pain, pressure, or tightness
    * Difficulty breathing or severe shortness of breath
    * Sudden weakness, numbness, or slurred speech (signs of a stroke)
    * Severe, uncontrollable bleeding
    * Sudden confusion, altered mental state, or loss of consciousness
    * A severe allergic reaction (swelling of the face/throat, difficulty breathing)

    By proceeding with this booking, you confirm that you are not experiencing any medical emergencies, do not require treatment or prescriptions, and solely require an administrative letter.
