Yoga is a personal practice. Please listen to your body, honor your own limits, and take rest whenever you need it.

By joining a class at Marimoni Studio, I acknowledge that yoga involves physical movement and may carry inherent risks, including the possibility of injury. I confirm that I am physically able to participate and will inform the teacher of any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations that may affect my practice.

I understand that I am responsible for my own practice and wellbeing throughout the class. I voluntarily assume the risks associated with participation and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, release and hold harmless Marimoni Studio, its teacher, and representatives from any claims or liability arising from my participation, except where such liability cannot legally be executed.
