What Happens Next

Once your cards are dropped off, we’ll check them in and begin processing your order.

Your cards will move through the appropriate cleaning, restoration, quality check, and pre-grading stages based on the services you selected.

Once everything is completed, we’ll contact you through your preferred contact method and let you know when your order is ready for pickup.

How to Package Your Cards

Place each card in a clean penny sleeve. Place each sleeved card into a semi-rigid card holder. Place the semi-rigid holder inside a graded card team bag and seal it.

This adds another layer of protection from dust, debris, moisture, and anything getting near the open edge of the semi-rigid holder during shipping.

Keep the cards in the same order as your submission.

Place the stack between two sturdy pieces of cardboard slightly larger than the semi-rigid holders.

Secure the cardboard lightly with 2–3 rubber bands. It should be snug enough to prevent movement without putting unnecessary pressure on the cards.

Wrap the secured stack in bubble wrap or similar protective material.

Place everything inside a sturdy shipping box and fill any empty space so the cards cannot move around during transit.

Seal all seams of the box securely with packing tape.

Ship using a tracked service and keep your tracking number until we confirm your cards have been received.

Please do not place tape, sticky notes, or adhesive directly on the cards, sleeves, or semi-rigid holders.

Additional Shipping Insurance
Your $20 flat-rate return shipping includes carrier insurance coverage. Because shipping cost depends on your delivery location, the amount of coverage the $20 provides varies from order to order. Additional coverage is optional, but highly recommended for higher-value submissions.

Insurance is never charged during your initial checkout. Once your cards are completed, if your declared card value is higher than the included coverage protects, Scoot's Card Therapy will contact you through your preferred contact method with an optional quote for additional coverage before your cards are returned.
