Section 4: Leadership and Community Goals

To help the LDA Selection Committee know you and your goals better, please respond to the following questions. (You can save your work and come back to these questions at any time.)
Tell us about yourself and the experiences, backgrounds, or perspectives you would bring to the LDA class.
Describe your community, volunteer, and/or bar association activities. Provide the names of any organizations you're a part of, your dates of involvement, and any relevant leadership activities or positions held.
Describe your personal leadership goals. What leadership skills would you most like to develop through LDA, and how do you anticipate applying those skills after LDA?
Identify a community that is important to you and describe a challenge or opportunity facing that community. What change would you like to see, and what role could you play in helping bring about that change?
