  • Volunteering Status

  • Competitors are being required to indicate whether they will be volunteering at this event or not during the registration process; competitors that volunteer at this event will receive a discount on entry fees. Competitors will be assigned jobs at the discretion of the Trial Secretary. Each competitor can expect to be assigned to one (1) to four (4) jobs; the more you enter, the more you will be required to volunteer. These assignments will occur during the competitors runs and after their final run.

  • All participants in this event will be sent an invoice for their trial fees; multiple dogs will be included on a single invoice. Invoices will be sent the evening of September 1 for all entries received on opening day. Should the trial NOT fill on opening day, invoices will be sent out on each subsequent Tuesday and Friday until the event fills/closes.

    Invoices must be paid within 48 hours.

    As we are utilizing a manual invoicing system, it is possible this event will fill before the form can be closed for entries. In this instance the competitor will be updated by email that they have been placed on the waitlist.
