I, the undersigned, agree to the following:
- I will not hold the Great Northwest liable for injuries to any person, damages to property, or losses resulting from my participation in this event.
- Vehicles may set up at the GNW Soccer fields no earlier than 5 PM and no cars will be admitted after 6 PM.
- Costumes are not required but are highly encouraged.
- I understand no homemade items are allowed to be distributed and all items must be individually wrapped in sealed manufacturer wrapping.
- Cars must be turned off for the duration of the event.
- I will not hold the Great Northwest liable for any losses should the event be canceled for any reason.
- GNW will pre-assign spaces.
- I will be courteous to my trunk or treat neighbors and keep my music volume and my decorations confined to my parking space.
- I will clean my area and dispose of all trash at the end of the event. I understand there will be a $25.00 charge for my area if I don’t comply.
- Any photography taken at or during the event of myself, my fellow participants, and/or my vehicle can be used for the Great Northwest promotional purposes.
- Treats, giveaways, décor, and music must be family-friendly.
- GNW reserves the right to deny any item from distribution.
- I understand that I am responsible for providing my own decorations, treats, tables, chairs, and candy.
