Eligibility

The GPCA Woman of Excellence Award recognizes women who demonstrate exceptional professional achievement, strong character and a deep commitment to advancing the pest management industry

The recipient of this award will be an individual who demonstrates the following qualities:
- Outstanding Leadership
- Notable Contributions to the Development and Growth of the Profession
- Notable Contributions to Her Business or Organization
- Support and Advocacy for Other Women in the Industry
- Mentorship-Investing in the growth of others, particularly women entering or advancing in the field
- Innovation-Introducing new ideas, practices, or approaches that move the industry forward
- Perseverance-Overcoming challenges or barriers
Individuals must be employed by a GPCA member company and may be nominated by their colleague, peer or supervisor.

The GPCA Executive Committee will review nominations.
(No more than two applicants per company may be selected.)

Nominations are due by December 1

The recipient will be awarded at the Winter Conference in Athens, GA and receive a complimentary Winter Conference registration to attend.
