This event will bring together speakers, performers, community partners, and behavioral health organizations to promote suicide prevention, recovery, hope, and connection to valuable community resources.
Vendor space is limited and will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Completing this form does not guarantee a space. Approved vendors will receive a confirmation email with additional setup and event details.
The event is planned to take place outdoors. In the event of rain, the program and resource tables will move inside to the auditorium.

All resource vendors will be required to submit a $50 setup fee. This will include a provided 6ft table and two chairs for your organization.
